The Service Portal at service.configento.app is your central dashboard for all organisational tasks related to your configento.app account.

Services
Under Services you see all active configento.app packages in a table with the columns Service, Status, Price and Actions.
The following actions are available for each service:
- MANAGE — opens the classic backend
- MANAGE V3 (Beta) — opens the V3 backend with AI agent
- CHANGE SERVICE — switch package
- CANCEL SERVICE — cancel package
You also see your customer number and security key directly below the service — both can be copied with the copy button. The security key is needed for the API and shop plugins.
Connections
Here you see all active shop connections — i.e. which Magento or Shopware instances are connected to your service. Each connection shows:
- Shop host (URL)
- Plugin type
- Linked service
- Last used
Connections can be revoked here when a shop is no longer in use.
Billing
Under Billing (dropdown in the navigation) you find:
- Payment Methods — add credit card, SEPA direct debit or PayPal. More: Payment Methods & Invoices
- AI Tokens — manage token balance and purchase packages. More: AI Tokens
- Invoices — manage billing address and download invoices as PDF
Team
Under Team you can invite colleagues and assign them a role. More: Manage Team
Multiple Customers
If you manage multiple customer accounts, you can switch between them using the customer dropdown at the top.
