How does the integration with my web shop work?

Du installierst ganz einfach unser Plugin für deinen Webshop. Danach findest du im Backend die visuelle Verwaltungs­oberfläche. Im Frontend ist alles nahtlos integriert — deine Kunden merken nicht, dass ein Teil der Anwendung von unseren Servern geladen wird.

Kann ich meinen Account jederzeit kündigen?

Ja, du kannst deinen Account zu jeder Zeit kündigen. Nach deiner aktuellen Abrechnungs­periode erhältst du dann keine weiteren Rechnungen.

Benötige ich einen Webshop wie Magento oder Shopware?

Wenn du Produkte direkt online verkaufen willst, ja. Aber du kannst configento.app auch in ein CMS System integrieren um Produkte zu präsentieren oder qualifizierte Anfragen und Angebote zu erstellen.

Do I have to pay extra for hosting, storage space or data volume?

Nein, das Hosting ist mit unbegrenztem Daten­volumen und Speicher­platz in der monatlichen oder jährlichen Pauschale abgedeckt. Keinerlei versteckte Kosten.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can switch your plan at any time. The features and benefits of your new plan are immediately available to you.

What do I need to start with configento.app?

Du benötigst eigentlich nur die wesentlichen Eigenschaften deines Produktes: Merkmale, Bilder, Preise, Farben, etc. Dann legst du eine passende Komponente in unserer visuellen Verwaltung an.
