Guaranteed availability

The service level agreement guarantees 99.0% availability as a monthly average. A separately operated monitoring system watches the service around the clock.

Fixed response times

Every incident is classified by urgency. Each level has a fixed response time, and critical incidents always take priority.

Predictable maintenance

Maintenance takes place in a fixed window: Tuesdays from 10 pm to midnight (German time). Any other maintenance is announced at least three working days in advance – by email, in the service portal and in the admin interface.

You have a dedicated contact who knows your project. In addition to chat and email, you can reach our support by phone – Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (German time).

Individual contract

We agree on the term, the number of domains and the scope of services together. Hosting is in data centres in Germany.

How does the integration with my web shop work?

You simply install our plugin for your web shop. After that you will find the visual admin interface in the backend. On the shop side everything is seamlessly integrated — your customers never notice that part of the application is loaded from our servers.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. After your current billing period you will not receive any further invoices.

Do I need a web shop such as Magento or Shopware?

If you want to sell products directly online, yes. But you can also integrate configento.app into a CMS to present products or to generate qualified enquiries and quotes.

Do I have to pay extra for hosting, storage space or data volume?

No — hosting with unlimited data volume and storage is covered by the monthly or annual flat rate. No hidden costs whatsoever.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can switch your plan at any time. The features and benefits of your new plan are immediately available to you.

What do I need to start with configento.app?

All you really need are the essential properties of your product: attributes, images, prices, colours and so on. Then you create a matching component in our visual admin interface.

Can I use configento.app with Claude?

Yes. With the configento.app MCP add-on you connect Claude Desktop, claude.ai or Claude Code to your configurators and edit them by chat. The add-on costs €25 per month or €250 per year, can be booked for all editions and is included during the trial. On Shopify, MCP is included in the configento.app MCP plan for US$159 per month, chosen in the Shopify App Store.

Is there an SLA with guaranteed availability?

Yes, with the Enterprise license. It includes a service level agreement with 99.0% availability, fixed maintenance windows and fixed response times for incidents. Basic, Professional, Ultimate and the Shopify plans are offered without an SLA.
