This article explains how to log in to configento.app and manage your account.
First Login
After registering you will receive an email from us. Click the link in the email to complete your registration and choose a password.
Then log in at service.configento.app with your email address and password.
The Service Portal
After logging in you land in the Service Portal. The main navigation contains:

| Team | Manage team members and roles |
In the top right you will find the customer dropdown (to switch between accounts), the language switcher (DE/EN/FR/ES) and your user profile.
Opening the Configurator
Under Services you can see your active packages. Two buttons are available for each service:
- MANAGE — opens the classic backend
- MANAGE V3 (Beta) — opens the new V3 backend with AI agent
Use MANAGE V3 for all new features and the AI agent.
Security Key
Directly below the service you will see your customer number and the security key — this is needed for the API and shop plugins. You can copy it directly using the copy button.
Multiple Customers
If you manage multiple customer accounts, you can switch between them using the customer dropdown at the top of the Service Portal.
Forgot Your Password?
Click Forgot password on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link by email.
