Payment Methods & Invoices

Under Billing → Payment Methods in the Service Portal you add your preferred payment method for the monthly invoice.

Available Payment Methods

Credit Card

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted. The charge is made automatically at the start of each billing period.

Adding a card:

  1. In Service Portal: Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Choose the Credit card → Card tab
  3. Enter card number, expiry date, security code and country
  4. Save

PayPal

Adding PayPal:

  1. In Service Portal: Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Choose the Credit card → PayPal tab
  3. Connect with your PayPal account

SEPA Direct Debit

For customers with a German or European bank account.

Setting up SEPA:

  1. In Service Portal: Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Choose the SEPA tab
  3. Enter IBAN and grant SEPA mandate
  4. Save

Billing Address

Manage your billing address under Billing → Invoices:

  • Company name
  • Street and house number
  • Postcode and city
  • Country
  • Email address for invoice delivery
  • VAT number (for reverse charge procedure)

Downloading Invoices

All invoices are found under Billing → Invoices. Each invoice can be downloaded individually as PDF. Invoices are automatically sent to your stored billing email address.

Payment Problems

If a payment fails you will receive an email notification. You then have a grace period to update your payment details before the service is interrupted.
