Under Team in the Service Portal you can invite colleagues and give them access rights.
Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including all billing and management functions |
| Admin | Full access to services, connections, billing and team |
| Editor | Access to the configurator backend |
| Accounting | Access to billing and invoices |
| Read-only | Read access without editing rights |
Choose the role appropriate to the person's responsibilities.
Inviting a Team Member
- In Service Portal: Team
- Invite member section
- Enter email address
- Select role
- Click Invite
The person receives an email with an invitation link. After confirmation they have immediate access.
Open Invitations
Invitations not yet accepted are shown under Open invitations. You can revoke invitations at any time before they are accepted.
Changing a Role
You can change the role of an existing member directly in the member list using the dropdown.
Removing a Team Member
Click Remove next to the team member. Access is revoked immediately.
Multiple Customer Accounts
If you work for multiple customers, you can switch between accounts using the customer dropdown at the top of the Service Portal. Your team access applies per customer account.
