Localisation

Default language and currency for all configurators in the account. With webshop integrations the configurator automatically adopts the shop language.

Domains

Enter all domains where your configurators should run. Without a whitelisted domain the configurator will not load — this prevents unauthorised embedding.

Enter the domain without protocol, e.g. www.myshop.com or myshop.com.

Branding

Branding controls the design of emails and PDFs sent via the action button.

Setting Description
Logo PNG, JPG or WebP, max. 2 MB — appears in emails and PDFs
Primary colour For buttons and highlights
Font Inter, Arial, Helvetica, Times New Roman, Georgia or Verdana
Header Header area of the email / PDF — configurable per language
Footer Footer area — configurable per language
Legal notice Mandatory information for legally compliant quotes

Email Delivery

Configures the SMTP server used to send emails.

Quick setup for popular providers: Gmail, Microsoft 365, GMX, web.de, iCloud, SendGrid, Postmark, Mailgun, AWS SES, Mailtrap

Manual configuration:

  • Host — SMTP server address
  • Port — typically 587 (STARTTLS) or 465 (SSL/TLS)
  • Encryption — STARTTLS / SSL/TLS / None
  • Username and Password
  • Sender address — the sender email address
  • Sender name — the displayed sender name

Use Test connection to send a test email and verify the configuration.

Integrations

Here you activate and manage all shop integrations. Each integration has its own security token and a Download plugin button.

AI

Settings for the integrated AI assistant.

Enable/disable AI assistant: When disabled, the AI panel is hidden in the backend and no data is transmitted to the AI service provider (Anthropic). Can be re-enabled at any time.

What we know about you: The assistant remembers information about your company that it picks up in the chat and you confirm. This information flows automatically into every new chat.

Data Processing

The data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 Para. 3 GDPR between you as the controller and justSelling GmbH as the processor.

  • Download the agreement as PDF
  • When new versions are published a notice appears — the new agreement must be accepted for the service to continue
